Boat commisioned in 2010, very well mantained and only one owner. This nice sailboat, with very much space has two cabins and one head. Teak deck in cockpit and aft access platform (swim platform).

Complete Raymarine electronic equipment, with plotter, radar, AIS and auto pilot. There are also wind, speed and depth clocks, near the helm.

Furling main sail, checked by the sailmaker in 2020, a new furling genova  from North replaced in 2015 (still have the original genova as spare) and an nice North Sails G2 gennaker with 100 sqm with sock ordered in 2014, with maybe 8 uses. Also a spinnaker boom is in the inventory.

Yanmar engine of 29 hp, with yearly service, and with around 2000 hrs ; transmision through shaft and a three balde propeller. The owners add a small 2 kvA generator, to supply 220v for the water boiler and the microwave.

The boat is complete with bed wear and towells  (with summer and winter  nordic quilt), grocery, oven and kitchen with gas, doble sink, microwave, TV, chart table with PC connectors PC.

Dinghy new from 2022, with a small Suzuki 2,5  4T. Bimini y spraytop renewed and in very good shape.

Yearly maintenance, ITB and paper work up to date, Spanish sail zone is for 2.
